Nagasawa - Fountain Pen Ink - Kobe INK Story - No.63 Higashiyuenchi Torch Orange
Founded in 1882 in Kobe, Japan, Nagasawa is a heritage stationery company known for writing tools and inks that celebrate local culture.
The Kobe INK Monogatari fountain pen ink line was developed by Nagasawa Bungu Center. Each ink is inspired by a specific place, landmark, or story from Kobe and its surrounding areas. The collection aims to capture the city’s atmosphere through colour, from the shades of the sea and mountains to the tones of historic streets and cultural sites. The series has become one of Japan’s most recognised regional ink collections.
Higashiyuenchi Torch Orange is inspired by Higashi-Yuenchi Park, Japan’s first Western-style park and a place of remembrance for the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. The warm orange shade symbolises the light of hope and renewal.
